Our years of experience in maintenance allow our clients piece of mind knowing that all of their maintenance needs will be handled to their satisfaction and a discounted rate. * We retain reputable maintenance vendors who offer quality work at an affordable price. Because of our volume agreements with vendors you save money. * Closely monitor all job bids and request additional bids from other vendors to insure you get the most out of every maintenance dollar. * We keep detailed files on all of our properties maintenance history to avoid repetitive problems. * AZ Handy Pros employs full time maintenance technician that can handle your needs. However, if you request, we will gladly utilize an outside vendor. You will always have the option to use outside vendors however you would be hard pressed to beat our prices.
