Welbilt provides investment banking services to its clients - debt and equity financing in various amounts expeditiously on all types of real estate, typically in the $5 - $100 million range. In certain situations, Welbilt has financed in excess of $100 million. Welbilt has an extensive investment origination network and also operates a principal/syndicate program that invests in opportunistic and value added transactions in the $1 - $30 million range, primarily within the Northeast.
