Jerry along with Cindy Hall acquired ownership of the company in 2002.Since 2002 Jerry and Cindy, along with long time associates Barry Nix and Marti Dickson, have led the company to higher standards of property management to include expertise and accreditation in tax credit (LIHTC), HOME, and USDA management. Their staff has a combined 60+ years of experience with property management, sales and syndication of multi-family, commercial space and single family homes. Licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina they have managed properties throughout the Southeast.The rental management services offered have a personal touch, so both you and your tenants will enjoy working with United Properties. You can continue to enjoy the benefits of owning your investment property, while the tedious day-to-day work is taken care of for you.United Properties is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina.
