Sky Global Partners, LLC (Sky Global) is an independent power producer founded in 2007 with a fresh approach to serve evolving energy markets today. As leaders in the power generation industry, our mission is to design, build, finance, own and operate customized special purpose electric generation for Municipal Utilities, Rural Electric Cooperatives, Oil & Gas Producers, and Large Industry throughout the United States. Utilization/consumption of electricity is a fundamental economic underpinning of life. However, generation of electric power represents one of the most complex environmental challenges to our future. To address these opportunities and challenges, we believe that future sources of electric power generation must be selected based on a wise blend of economic and environmental interest. In order to achieve this blend, Sky Global will build power generation utilizing the highest efficiency and cleanest technologies available worldwide. These technologies will dramatically reduce the carbon footprint of our projects and will allow intermittent generation such as wind and solar power to be integrated into the actual resource base of our customers.
