SIMO design is a small design studio based in Los Angeles, California focusing primarily on private residential development. Since the studios establishment in 2011, our portfolio has grown diversely and encompasses a range of projects both in scale and form. A defining aspect of this growth is based on building a reputation for offering thoughtful design execution, regardless of a projects nature or size. Our efforts have constantly challenged the standard concept of a spec home through an approach that is rooted in progression and individuality. There is no mold or formula to follow, every project is a new set of challenges, solutions and possibilities, the end result an authentic exploration of space and materials. The process is always fueled by our passion to offer uniquely, well-crafted spaces. At the heart of it we love design, particularly the integrity of good design.
