The P&O Sales Team is a dynamic group, developing and generating new business opportunities for P&O and forging new industries for partnerships. Barbara Orr, one of our owners, leads the sales team and both Barb and Joe Poretta, also an owner, enjoy driving new ideas and strategies, while maintaining an active participation on the sales team. Beverly Brudnok and Joseph Poretta are Account Executives, working to acquire new business through engaging with new targeted prospects, as well as servicing their many existing happy clients. Beverly and Joseph are supported at a senior level on their accounts by Rick Counihan, VP, Client Services & Operations, who not only oversees the account services team, but also participates in new business development and refining our sales process. Our sales team is supported by JoAnn Gilvary, Ginny McNally, David Orrand Sharon Werner as Sales Management, Support and Marketing. Everything from maintaining our database and network of clients and prospective clients, to sending out and following up on marketing campaigns, to maintaining our social media and news presence are handled by this team.
