This strategy proved successful making the small family business enjoy a 300% increase in revenues in just under two years and 6 county increase in geographic territory. Thinking they found the a niche for moonlighting for pocket change, they offered their services to other land development professionals and other small businesses interested in their talents and achivements. The niche for providing a custom Content Management System married with custom design garnered the attention of not only these regional businesses, but also with larger advertising, marketing, PR agencies and consultants looking for specialized talent who placed value on team collaboration, solutions, service and accountability.
