Daniel Fraiman Construction is a boutique construction company with a very personal and hands on approach. As the owner, I am involved in every aspect and detail with the key goals of quality and value. I am on site daily with constant communication between architects, designers and clients. Value-engineering options and ideas are presented throughout all phases as well as photo updates. A construction schedule, specification book, and unique decision timeline are developed to help the client make prudent decisions in the right order and by the right date to keep the project on schedule. Mockups are built to help the client visualize options. These tools help make the project more successful and more fun. Finish carpentry is self-performed and Daniel Fraiman Construction employs full time office staff. In Martis Camp I've managed the construction of four commercial facilities (The Lodge, Family Barn, Tennis Pavilion, Springs Pavilion) and nine custom homes.
