He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2003 and has been general manager for Copake Auction since 1995. We feel that the real estate auction business provides an exciting and dynamic way to sell property. The auction process offers an alternate and faster method to traditional real estate sales. Through proper advertising and with realistic expectations we can sell your property quickly. With the auction method you will pay no commission and have a faster closing than the traditional way of selling real estate. That's why we maintain our motto "Auctions - A Fast Way To Sell". If indeed the property does not sell, we are in the unique position to be able to list your property with Sunplaza Country Realty Corp. Sunplaza can fulfill all of your traditional real estate needs. C.A.R.E.S. is fully committed to provide an effective marketing campaign in order to maximize the potential to sell your property. The auction method can save the seller commission costs and enables a speedy closing. Seller will be charged advertising fees only. This will be an agreed upon price decided by the seller and CARES. This fee is much less than traditional Real Estate costs. If property does not sell at auction we can list your property in the traditional Real Estate manner. Barbara Rindler is owner of Sunplaza Country Realty Corp. and Seth Fallon is an associate broker with the company. Sunplaza can meet all of your traditional real estate needs.
