Collaborative Strategies (CSI) is an entrepreneurial firm dedicated to serving entrepreneurial leaders in both for-profit and non-profit enterprises. Established in St. Louis in 1983, Collaborative Strategies was sold to GenAmerica Financial Corporation (GenAm) in 1997. In 2002, CSI's strong entrepreneurial roots were restored through the firm's acquisition by two of its long-time principals, Gina Hoagland and Jack Smith. Those roots deepened in 2010 as Jim Del Carmen, Brian Hayden and Jim Lang joined the ownership team through promotions to partners.
