The Benefit Companies, Inc. has developed our business model over the last 35 years into Wisconsin's most unique service and insurance provider. A second and major source of our development has been our focus on our national competitors using our inherent advantage of flexibility, reliability, and outstanding customer service. Our business has evolved into a model which focuses on technology, software, and tools that make business decisions easier to adjust, better documented, facilitate growth, and manage costs. We have always been an early adopter of technology and trends to benefit our clients. In 1984, we hired our first software developer to build a program to manage revenue. This early commitment to technology created our Mission Statement, "The Vision, Skills, and Technology to Meet a Changing Future". Many times we are asked about the size of clients with which we work. This is a question that is difficult to answer because of our commitment to clients of all sizes. Each client is special to us. Then, how do you answer the question? We answer, our results are supported the largest and most successful manufacturers of products and services which we deliver to our clients.
