Contrella, President & Chief Operating Officer Richard Contrella has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate finance, development and management field. During that time, he has participated in more than $400 million in debt and equity financing. Outside of work, he is a member of the Pittsburgh Habitat for Humanity's Finance Committee, and formerly served as the organization's treasurer and vice chairman. Richard became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983 and holds an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He was born and raised in western Pennsylvania and lives in Franklin Park.
