Stratawest Management Ltd. is a locally owned and operated professional property management company specializing in the management of strata corporation properties. Our mandate is to provide the highest level of service to a select portfolio of quality properties. We have been operating for more than 20 years, and have a proven track record and superb reputation for the services we provide. Our professional property agents work with elected strata councils to ensure that each owner's investment is secure and that the strata corporation complies with the legal requirements mandated by the Strata Property Act. We provide advice and oversight to assist the strata council to manage the financial affairs of the strata corporation, maintain effective administrative records and preserve the corporation's assets and equipment.
