Goal is to utilize the most ideal and effective sources, including technology tools, outsourcing and knowledge sharing in order to deliver seamless, responsive, accurate, efficient and timely high standard legal services, in Arabic and English. Aspiration is to establish long lasting relationships with our clients. Mission is to become among the prime leading law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At Osool, we espouse the highest ethical and professionalism standards. This equips us to provide innovative and creative solutions to their legal issues and commercial challenges. Our lawyers at Osool have intensive local and international experience in various areas of law with a special focus on Corporate, Capital Market, Insurance, Real Estate, Construction, Foreign Investments, Islamic Finance, Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Osool is in cooperation with different law firms around the world and one of our senior lawyers spends most of his time in Washington D.C. supervising our clients' work in the US.
