MVREIT, via its Advisor, is focused on acquiring and holding Class B multifamily real estate property that is professionally and efficiently managed to deliver annual dividends and build equity value for our shareholders. For investments, MVREIT targets quality Class B multifamily property located in stable Midwest communities. Properties are selected for the following attributes: locations with access to healthcare, education, retail, and government centers; an economy supported by industrial, manufacturing, and technology businesses; and demographically balanced communities with low crime and strong work forces.
