Mazzeo Real Estate was founded by Jim Mazzeo in 2001. Jim is a native New Yorker who started in the real estate business in 1974. Jim Mazzeo has been selling condos, co-ops and buildings in Manhattan since 1982. Jim worked for the NYC Housing Authority in 1974 and in 1975 accepted a position as rental agent for the Lefrak Organization renting apartments in Brooklyn and Queens. IN 1982 Jim went to Manhattan to work for Hank Sopher selling co-ops, condos, lofts and buildings primarily in the Greenwich Village, Soho and Tribeca areas. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1986 and Director of Sales in 1995 covering all of uptown in addition to downtown. Jim started his own company in 2001. Our philosophy is always to work in the best interest of our customers and clients.
