Estreen & Ogland is unique in our area in that we have real-time, online access to courthouse records in four counties in western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota. This means we can conduct title searches and submit titles with our clients present. Title applications and submissions are completed on the spot. We also provide title insurance. Attorney David J.
