DESCO Southwest opened a development office in Tucson in 2001 and was followed by the opening of the Phoenix DESCO office in June 2003. As a wholly owned subsidiary of The DESCO Group, the Arizona offices are in a position to take advantage of the expertise and long-term relationships developed by their parent company. These areas of expertise and relationships have been established and enhanced through over 40 years of ownership of major commercial properties, real estate development and brokerage services performed throughout the Mid-West.
