This collective strength and clout gives our clients additional negotiating power, better customer service, and flexibility throughout telecom and data providers contract terms. We are our client's advocate. We represent our clients and not the telecom or data provider. AskTimTaylor.com's compensation is based on successful outcomes of disputes in favor of our clients when our clients' and the telecom and data providers disagree. We have proven escalation techniques and strategies for resolving disputes our clients may have with their telecom and data providers. Our decades in the industry with extensive contacts and relationships helps us resolve issues such as billing disputes and trouble tickets and expedite the provisioning and/or repair of telecom and data services. We provide our clients training and assistance to help overworked Telecom and IT managers, Legal and Accounting departments. Our purpose is to propose ways for our clients to find and recover real money, improve telecom and data efficiencies, and provide management expertise, education and training for their employees.
